Abstract

In this commentary I expand upon the discussion on privacy that I set out with mycolleague in the pricis to this edition. In particular I consider what the impact ofmilitary technologies, designed to achieve persistent and saturation capacitysurveillance over war zones might be on civil space and civil society.
