Abstract
Organizational agility is the ability to adapt to changes, and it is an essential aspect in the manufacturing industry, such as automotive. As technology is advancing rapidly, there is a need for automotive organizations to enhance their agility to meet the demand of the industrial revolution 4.0 (IR4.0). The enhancement of organizational agility is closely related to the employees’ technological capabilities and competencies. Therefore, this study investigates the influence of the Information Technology Personnel Competency (ITPC) on organizational agility (OA) in automotive organizations in Malaysia. Findings showed that ITPC positively has a significant effect on organizational agility.
