Abstract

The high-resolution spectrum of chloroacetylene has been recorded in the region 20-1850 cm-1. Over 10000 vibration-rotation lines associated with the low-wavenumber modes have been assigned and used to derive rotational constants, bandcenters, and vibration-rotation constants for 35ClCCH and 37ClCCH. Spectra due to 35Cl13CCH and 35ClC13CH in natural abundance have also been assigned.
