Abstract
Examines the New South Wales Supreme Court ruling in Voller v Nationwide News Pty Ltd on whether three media organisations were liable for defamatory comments posted by third parties on their public Facebook pages. Comments on the need for reform of defamation law illustrated by the judgment.
