Abstract

Reviews damage caused by air pollution (health, soiling, aesthetics, material damage) and water pollution. Describes the use of multiplier analysis and input-output analysis in the description of the regional and local economy. These techniques enable the economic impacts of the project to be assessed and aid in the determination of linkages with the environment.-R.Land
