    Abstract

Teachers’ work is increasingly conducted through digital technology. This chapter will draw upon the latest research to provide a policy framework that schools can adopt and adapt to encourage a “better practice” approach towards teachers’ use of digital technologies. The policy will cover concerns regarding email, social media, digital overworking, and data privacy and surveillance, as well as considerations for leadership and teachers in this area.
