Abstract

A series of new Ru(CO)₂Cl₂L compounds (L=bidentate N-donor ligand) have been prepared by the reaction of [Ru(CO)₂dl₂]_n with in methanol. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurements and spectroscopic data and have trans-chlorines and cis-carbonyl ligands.
