Synthesis and study of the properties of the bioparticles, containing antiviral interferon inducer dsRNA and aprotinin

Abstract

Aiming at creation of prolonged-action medicine, the new macromolecular system has been developed. The unit contains dsRNA (double-stranded) and ssRNA (single-stranded) covered by polyanionic nuclease-protecting envelope, containing etiotropic antiviral agent - aprotinin. It has been demonstrated that the speed of dsRNA migration during the electrophoresis in agarose gel is decreased. This phenomenon is caused by increased size and molecular mass of macromolecular particles. The electron microscopy examination has demonstrated that the designed bioparticles have a spherical form. It has been demonstrated that the dsRNA in constructions is more resistant for degenerative factors of blood serum. This phenomenon may increase the time of circulation dsRNA in organism and provide the complex therapeutic effect.
