Abstract

Super-stable centimetre-scale SiO₂ inverse opal belts integrated with CdTe QDs have been prepared through a synergetic collaboration between materials and structures. It was found that SiO₂/CdTe inverse opal belts present excellent narrow band fluorescence optical waveguiding properties.
