Abstract

Liquid‐liquid interfacial adhesion under dynamic conditions is crucial in the lithographic printing industry. By adjusting the stretching velocity of the water/oil dual phase liquid bridge, controllable water/oil interface breaking is achieved, which is of vital significance for controlling ink transfer in high quality lithographic printing, as well as in crude oil recovery and transferring complex liquids.
