Abstract
The poor stability is the main obstacle hindering the commercialization of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Recently, the development of 3D-2D bilayer structure PSCs provides a promising approach to address the stability issue with an enhanced power conversion efficiency. This Future Energy article summarized the key advances in 3D-2D perovskite research and discussed forward-looking challenges and outlook for transferring this technology from laboratory to real-world deployment.
