Abstract
Cahn's theory of solute drag is extended to the case where two solutes interact with a moving grain boundary and with each other. It is concluded that the mutual interaction of the solutes is significant in determining the drag force experienced by a migrating grain boundary. This effect is strongest in the low velocity regime.
