Abstract

This article presents a summary of some of the key future issues and challenges in the near term future related to end users and the Internet. It is based upon a recently completed major research report titled Smart Internet 2010 prepared for the Smart Internet Technology CRC. The research team drew upon a plethora of source material and they interviewed over 35 international experts.
