Abstract

In July 2011, Ergon Energy commissioned ClimateWorks and BehaviourWorks of Monash Sustainability Institute (MSI) to undertake two pieces of work. These two pieces of work were: 1. Determine the efficacy of different approaches to changing customer behaviour. This program of work is ongoing with the centrepiece, a behaviour change cost curve, to be delivered in mid-November. 2. Identify gaps in Ergon Energy s research portfolio where additional research is required.
