Abstract
This report is one of three documents which report Deliverable 2: Stage 1 gap analysis for the Review of Enrolled Nurse Standards for practice Project (Statement of Work, p. 2).
In this gap analysis the Enrolled Nurse (EN) Standards for practice (NMBA, 2016), the vocational Diploma of Nursing Training Package (the Training Package) (HLT54121 Diploma of Nursing Release 4, 2023), the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) EN Assessment Framework provided by NMBA (Roots & Gibson, 2016), and a sample of Clinical Assessment Tools were all mapped one to the other (Figure 1).
