Review and redevelopment of the OSCE blueprint for Internationally Qualified Midwives (IQM)

This report is for the Review and redevelopment of the OSCE blueprint for Internationally Qualified Midwives Project. In this stage, application of key recommendations from stakeholders enabled finalisation of the blueprint. A summary of the whole project and important steps taken to redevelop the blueprint will be provided in this report. Following review of key documents, including the existing IQM OSCE blueprint and development of a framework for the revised blueprint, the OSCE shells were mapped to the revised blueprint by the Monash University project team. A midwifery expert group, made up of Monash University midwifery academics and clinicians offered recommendations for improvements for future OSCE development.
