Abstract
The gluon dipole operator O11 has received much attention recently because it can have a large coefficient in some SUSY extensions of the standard model. We estimate the matrix element of O11 using naive dimensional analysis and find that, numerically, it is very close to the commonly used result of Bertolini, Eeg, and Fabbrichesi. We do not find any evidence to suggest that the latter is an underestimate.
