    The complex patterns evident in DS language research indicate a need to explore the relationship across language domains of receptive and expressive vocabulary, and morpho-syntax in relation to age, general cognition, and related cognitive skills. In the current study, our aim was to present correlational data of relevance to receptive and expressive language skills from assessments of adults participating in a longitudinal study. In particular, we were interested in the relationships amongst measures, and evidence of decline with age
