suggest that the Oi??Kelly Womeni??s Belief Scales is a sound tool to investigate issues
relating to beliefs or gender schema in women. This was a preliminary study to
develop the scale. Given that the different subscales all had sound psychometric
features, future researchers may choose to use a shorter version of the scale, for
example, by using only the demands subscale.
