Abstract
A report on the proteomic evaluation of human blood serum interactions with bovine milk proteins and peptides was presented. Pooled serum samples from nine individuals were incubated with magnetic resin preparations covalently coated with either a mixture of milk proteins and peptides or a control chemical reagent. The results indicated that the species binding to either Dairy or Control Resins were partially complementary and reflected the differential binding behavior of different serum proteins to respective resins.
