Abstract
This documentary explores issues of human rights, corruption and the abuse of government power in the Philippines, following the election of President Rodrigo Duterte, who stood on a platform of reducing drug crime. At the time of broadcast, more than 4000 people had been murdered in extrajudicial killings, a direct consequence of Duterte’s policies.
