Abstract
Why poetry
Poetry contains elements that promote imagination, new experiences, diverse perspectives, and personal meanings. Together they tap into students' curiosity, inspiration, observation, reflection, and expressive voices. These facilities, once activated, can enrich the mind and add more humanistic flavours to classroom learning.
