Plasmonic waveguides with resonant-cavity structures for nanophotonics applications

Abstract

We develop approximate analytical models that describe transmission characteristics of plasmonic slot waveguides coupled to resonant-cavity structures. These models provide deeper insight and pave the way for rapid design optimization of various integrated nanophotonic devices. © 2011 AOS.
