Abstract

Undergraduate students from the Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (BND) at Monash University who had recently completed their first seven week or final eight week placement were recruited for the qualitative study. Data was collected using focus group discussions. Participants were asked to share their career and placement expectations, placement experiences, career path intentions, and the impact of placements on their decisions
