To assess the benefits and harms of perioperative interruption versus continuation of biologic, conventional synthetic, and targeted synthetic disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs in people with inflammatory arthritis, in terms of worsening of underlying inflammatory disease and postoperative complications, such as infection and altered wound healing.
