Abstract

The palladium-catalyzed couplings of terminal alkynes with 2′,3′,5′-tri-O-acetyl-5-(triflourometh-anesulfonyloxy)uridine, 3′,5′-di-O-acetyl-5-(triflouromethanesulfonyloxy)-2′-deoxyuridine, and 5-(triflouromethanesulfonyloxy)-2′-deoxyuridine have been investigated under a variety of conditions.
