Abstract
CLINICAL QUESTION: Does nurse-led titration of β-adrenergic blocking agents, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, and angiotensin receptor blockers in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction improve outcomes? BOTTOM LINE: Participants whose treatment included nurse-led titration experienced fewer hospital admissions for any cause and an increase in survival, with more participants reaching target dose within a shorter period.
