N2 - Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:. We aim to assess, via component based network meta-analysis, the effects of non-pharmacological intervention components, and their combinations, in people with COPD. Specific objectives are to:. estimate the relative effects of components of non-pharmacological interventions, and their combinations for prevention of hospital admissions; estimate the relative ranking of the non-pharmacological intervention components for the prevention of hospital admissions; examine whether the relative effects on the prevention of hospital admissions are modified by exacerbation history of people with COPD, severity of airflow limitation, duration of interventions or duration of follow-up.
