Abstract

Infertility is a worldwide reproductive issue where male infertility contributes to 50% of the cases. Assisted reproductive technologies have been developed over the past decades to deal with infertility issue. Despite of the promising improvements achieved over the past few years, there has been a lack of automated, tunable platform for sperm selection. Here, by utilizing acoustofluidics, we demonstrate an automate and tunable platform for the selection of sperm with high motility and high DNA integrity.
