Abstract
A 35-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of 18 months secondary infertility in the setting of known PCOS and male factor infertility. Her past history included a singleton IVF-ICSI pregnancy 3 years prior that resulted from her first cycle utilizing a long down-regulation protocol and 150 IU daily recombinant FSH. This pregnancy resulted in a normal vaginal delivery although with a child suffering from Beckwith?Wiedemann syndrome. The patient again underwent a long down-regulation IVF-ICSI cycle although with 100 IU daily recombinant FSH. Five embryos were obtained in this cycle and she achieved a pregnancy after a fresh day-5 single blastocyst transfer.
