abstract = "Both a training device in the field, through teacher accompaniment and research center on professional development, the Centre d{\textquoteright}{\'E}tudes et de Recherches pour Favoriser l{\textquoteright}Apprentissage (Cerfa) is available to all teachers in the Vall{\'e}e-des-Tisserands board of education who work with students who have a developmental disorder (autism spectrum disorder, dysphasia, intellectual disabilities) and make a request. This device supports teachers in their professional development by offering them a place to live the Word in all that it is reflexive and dialogical. Having experienced a first appropriation for the development of the activity by speaking of and sharing experience, teachers are able to define a group project such as {"}learning community{"}. ",
