Abstract

Both a training device in the field, through teacher accompaniment and research center on professional development, the Centre d’Études et de Recherches pour Favoriser l’Apprentissage (Cerfa) is available to all teachers in the Vallée-des-Tisserands board of education who work with students who have a developmental disorder (autism spectrum disorder, dysphasia, intellectual disabilities) and make a request. This device supports teachers in their professional development by offering them a place to live the Word in all that it is reflexive and dialogical. Having experienced a first appropriation for the development of the activity by speaking of and sharing experience, teachers are able to define a group project such as "learning community".
