N2 - Recently, single-incision laparoscopic surgery has become popular among pediatric surgeons to achieve minimal surgical trauma. Yet, it has not been applied to the surgical treatment of correctable biliary atresia (BA). We herewith presented our initial 4 cases of successful single-incision laparoscopic cyst excision and Roux-en-Y single-incision laparoscopic hepaticojejunostomy (SILH) using conventional instruments for correctable BA.
