Abstract
Until now the drive towards corporate governance success has been an unresolved issue in the management literature. This paper attempts to articulate a vision towards managing the problems that underpin the relationship effectiveness of the CEO, the board of directors, other members in the top management and various committees. The paper concludes by asserting that corporate governance success is well achieved if various issues of unresolved crises in and across those teams and people could be better handled.
