Abstract
Antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) is a well-recognised component of effective health care globally and is gaining increasing recognition in the intensive care unit (ICU) [1]. We aim to describe the model of ICU-AMS delivery and to evaluate the activities of a multidisciplinary and interprofessional ICU-AMS team in a large Australian tertiary referral hospital during a 4-week period.
