Abstract
Having analysed (1998) the consumption of non-nutritional sweeteners (NNS), products that contain them and their use by the Industry in nutrition students, this line of research is continued analysing other "risk populations" (RP). Objective: To determine during one year (98/99) the variation in the manufacture of Diet Products (DP) containing NNS. To establish their handling and consumption prevalence in PR and the percentage of adequacy in relation with the admissible daily ingestion (IDA) for each one.
