Abstract
Grazoprevir (GZR) and elbasvir (EBR) are indicated for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C infection. The natural history of HCV infection, especially the development of cirrhosis and its complications, are covered in Chapter 261, Protease, polymerase, and assembly inhibitors for the treatment of hepatitis C virus infection, and the use of these antiviral agents should be considered in that context.
