Finding the treasure: everyday moments of becoming well in a semi-rural place

Research output: Contribution to conferenceAbstractpeer-review

Abstract

This presentation reports on the results of a qualitative study exploring harmful drug and alcohol consumption and becoming-well assemblages in a semi-rural place in Victoria, Melbourne. It highlights the material and environmental forces that have influenced changes in health and explores how mapping these forces within the counselling space can challenge old ideas of how change is recognised.
