Abstract

In Victoria, the Royal Commission into Family Violence (RCFV) has led to a wave of reform that is fundamentally changing the way that family violence is managed across governmental and non-governmental agencies. The RCFV placed an emphasis on comprehensive and reliable data and research and it is in this context that this paper is presented.
