Abstract

It seems that every 5 years or so we get a new review of access to justice which promises wide-ranging reforms. Further reviews tend to reveal those reforms not to have been quite so wide ranging. Then we have further reviews leading to further reforms which some way down the track will be the subject of further review.
My presentation explores the most recent review addressing access to civil justice in Victoria.
