Abstract
AP Psychology and Consulting commissioned the Monash University Accident Research Centre (MUARC) to evaluate their Applied Mental Health (AMH) Program. The AMH program was delivered across five Victorian Universities. Previously, in April 2021, MUARC submitted the first of two case study reports documenting the development and set up of the AMH program comprising the main Applied Mentally Healthy Leadership (AMHL) component, alongside the complementary Applied Mentally Healthy Advocacy (AMHA) component designed for the direct reports of the leaders participating in the program. The present report and associated Case Study documents the outcomes of the post-program evaluation including the program engagement, knowledge retention, skill development and key learnings. Further, this report highlights a number of barriers to program delivery and uptake, with suggestions for improvements of future programs given.
