Abstract

This special issue of Current Drug Delivery combines the topics presented during Drug Delivery Australia 2013 conference in Sydney (Australia) and the 6th Joint Australia-New Zealand Chapters of the Controlled Release Society Workshop 2013 in Brisbane (Australia). The issue is entitled “Drug Delivery Australia” but the content is not limited to the Australian research.Both meetings provided an excellent opportunity for knowledge exchange between participants from around the world. This issue contains contributions from a variety of areas in the field of drug/vaccine delivery.
