Abstract

As part of the Western Melbourne Retinopathy Screening project, a leaflet was designed to carry the message of regular retinal screening to this multi-lingual population. The leaflet has been widely distributed throughout all the communities in the west of Melbourne and has been adopted as one of the key items of literature for distribution in the Victorian wide promotion of World Diabetes Day on November 12th 2000.
