Abstract

In this paper, according to the characteristics of the output signal and noise of surface plasmon resonance(SPR) system, weigh-centroid algorithm was applied to catch the minimum point of surface plasmon resonance curve and the method of dynamic baseline with fixed calculation points was used to eliminate the fluctuation of surface plasmon resonance curve. Simulation and experiment results show that the dynamic baseline method and weighcentroid algorithm can improve the resolution of SPR system, which has good application prospects in predicting the concentration of human glucose.
