Abstract

There was an error in this paper. The correct value of life-years (LYs) saved should have been 0.62, rather than 0.53, meaning the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) should have been AU$22003/LY saved, rather than AU$25740/LY saved. The revised ICER remains well below the implicit ICER threshold value for cost-effectiveness in Australia (AU$76000/LY saved), and, hence, the conclusion of the study is unchanged. The authors apologize for this error.
