Abstract

Error #1. In the Materials and methods section of the paper, 2.5 Real-time quantitative PCR …The PCR system contained 0.4 μM forward and reverse primers, 10 μL SYBR Green PCR premix, 1 μL cDNA and 8.2 μL RNase-free ddH2O. … The unit in this sentence μM (Yellow highlight) was written incorrectly. Correction #1: … The PCR system contained 0.4 μL forward and reverse primers, 10 μL SYBR Green PCR premix, 1 μL cDNA and 8.2 μL RNase-free ddH2O…. Error #2. During the process of creating Fig. 1B, we mistakenly labeled the neuronal marker “MAP2” in the third Figure of the first and third rows of Fig. 1B as “GFAP”. Correction #2. The revised figure is attached separately. Error #3. In the Figure legends of Fig. 5: (J) Mean number of grade 4–5 SRSs in epileptic mouse model after overexpression of MBD5 and STAT1 (n = 15 per group). (K) Mean number of grade 4–5 SRSs in epileptic mouse model after overexpression of MBD5 and use of NMDAR antagonist memantine (n = 6 in the MBD5-Solvents group, n = 4 in the MBD5-Solvents-Memantine group). Correction #3: (L) Mean number of grade 4–5 SRSs in epileptic mouse model after overexpression of MBD5 and STAT1 (n = 15 per group). (M) Mean number of grade 4–5 SRSs in epileptic mouse model after overexpression of MBD5 and use of NMDAR antagonist memantine (n = 6 in the MBD5-Solvents group, n = 4 in the MBD5-Solvents-Memantine group).
