Abstract

The authors regret that in the originally published version of this paper, the sentence at page 98 “where [Formula presented] is the activity coefficient calculated using Eq. 8” contains a typo. We meant to say “where [Formula presented] is the activity coefficient calculated using the Manning model”. Expressions for the Manning model activity coefficients for divalent salts are provided in ref. 9. The authors wish to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
