Abstract

In the original publication of the article, the equation CHU9D_Predicted = exp(BETA_Predicted)/(1 + exp(BETA _Predicted)) was formatted incorrectly under Model 2. The correct version is provided below: Model 2—assuming a 15-year-old female with a score of 50 in each functioning dimension: The original article has been corrected.
