This article discusses several approaches in studying ethics issues in management consulting. This includes the potential limitations of such frameworks. It begins with a section on some of the foremost ethical dilemmas that have emerged as management consulting continues to grow in terms of influence and complexity. It then introduces a stakeholder framework as an effective approach to address the issues that happen between ethics and management consulting. This article also shows why the stakeholder view effectively emphasizes the ethics issues of the management consulting industry.
