Access, equity and diversity – making the connection

Abstract

The narrative of diversity runs through this book. It is the issue at the heart of the theme of the collection, but also reflected in who is tackling that theme and how they are doing it. In this concluding chapter, we reflect on the major issues that have emerged from the contrasting papers in the collection. In so doing, we indicate where the next steps may be for research,practice and policy in the field of access and equity in post-secondary education at the global level. We identify three major points emerging from the book.
