This case study examines ByteDance’s remarkable journey from humble beginnings to rapid ascent to global fame. The case discusses the strategic importance of its flagship products, TikTok and Toutiao. Many innovative technologies and pivotal offerings have placed ByteDance alongside significant players such as Google and Facebook. The case navigates through the numerous obstacles encountered by ByteDance, encompassing the intense competition in the global technology industry and the imminent uncertainties posed by a constantly evolving future. Our case reflects the company's unwavering commitment, forward-thinking vision, and innovative technologies.
